This website is operated by Ikranrin Makan Studio. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Ikranrin Makan Studio. We offer this website, including all information and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and anyone requesting a commission.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to the Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. This Site and all services offered through it — including purchases, subscriptions, and commissions — are available to adults only. If you are under 18, you may not use the Site's commercial features.
You may not use any products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or access to the Service, or any content on the Site through which the service is provided, without our express written permission.
SECTION 3 — ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this Site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on the Site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to the Site.
SECTION 4 — MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Print Editions. We offer individual icon print packages ("Editions") for purchase through the Site. Each Edition includes a limited-edition icon print, a written reflection on the icon's theological and symbolism, and a prayer card. Dimensions listed on each product page may vary slightly in practice.
Icon Mail Club Subscription. The Icon Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription that delivers a hand-picked icon print package to your shipping address each month. Packages are sent via untracked international airmail on or around the 26th of each month. Delivery estimates are 4–20 days within North America and 2–4 weeks internationally; actual delivery depends on your local postal service.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month (or year, for annual plans) and your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period. You may update your shipping address or cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Changes made after the 20th of the month may not take effect until the following month's dispatch. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be perfectly accurate, and print reproductions may vary slightly from what is shown.
SECTION 6 — COMMISSIONS
Commissions are bespoke works of art created to your specification. Submitting a commission inquiry does not guarantee a commission will be accepted; we reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.
A commission is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid and we have sent written confirmation.
Deposit and payment. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed commission price is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the artwork is shipped or delivered. If the final payment is not received within 14 days of our completion notice, we reserve the right to relist or repurpose the work.
Cancellations. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If we are unable to complete the commission due to circumstances on our end, the full deposit will be refunded.
Revisions. Revisions requested after work has begun may be subject to additional charges. Major changes to the scope (subject matter, size, or medium) will require renegotiation of price and timeline.
Delivery. Commissioned works are shipped at the buyer's risk. We take great care in packaging, but once the work leaves our studio, we cannot be liable for damage in transit. We strongly encourage buyers of high-value commissions to arrange their own shipping insurance — please discuss this with us before dispatch.
SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ORDER INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all purchases made through the Site, and to promptly update your information — including your email address and shipping address — as needed.
SECTION 8 — PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service, available at https://stripe.com/legal/consumer.
You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country on goods received from Canada.
SECTION 9 — SHIPPING
All physical products are shipped via untracked international airmail. Because packages are untracked, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe (30 days for North America, 45 days internationally), please contact us at ij@ikranrinmakan.com and we will investigate.
Shipping is included in the purchase price. There are no additional shipping charges.
SECTION 10 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If your print arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at ij@ikranrinmakan.com within 14 days of receipt with a photograph of the damage. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund.
If your package has not arrived within 30 days (North America) or 45 days (international) of the dispatch date, contact us and we will investigate. Where reasonable, we will offer a replacement or refund for packages confirmed lost.
For subscription cancellations, no refund is issued for the current billing period already charged.
SECTION 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, images, text, and other content on this Site — including all print Editions and commissioned works — remain our intellectual property. We retain full copyright in all works we create, including commissions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
When you purchase a print Edition or commission a work, you receive ownership of the physical object only. You do not acquire any copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial licence. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
You are welcome to display your purchase in your home, church, or personal space, and to share photographs of it on social media for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit Ikranrin Makan Studio as the artist.
SECTION 12 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content or links on this Site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of those sites, and we will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites. Please review the policies of any third-party sites before engaging in any transaction with them.
SECTION 13 — PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at ikranrinmakan.com/privacy-policy.
SECTION 14 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or shipping times. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
SECTION 15 — PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (c) to submit false or misleading information; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (e) to collect or track the personal information of others; (f) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; or (g) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The service and all products delivered to you are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall Ikranrin Makan Studio be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of the service or any products purchased through the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ikranrin Makan Studio from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service, without affecting the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 19 — TERMINATION
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using the Site. If in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
SECTION 20 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service and any policies posted by us on this Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
If you are an EU consumer, you may also have the right to refer disputes to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to the Site.
